After escaping the corporate world, I looked for a creative space to relax, be inspired, and evolve my passion for pottery. The garden shed became ‘The Small Shed Pottery’, set on the upper deck of our back garden, with stunning views over to St Anthony’s lighthouse looking out over the Fal estuary.

I am passionate about teaching others about how rewarding this ancient art form can be. It’s easy to be spell-bound by the rhythmic kick of the wheel, to delight in clay turning silk-like between your hands, and to be mesmerized by the gradual change in shape and form on the wheel.

If you’re looking to explore your creativity and take time out, be inspired by our beautiful Cornish shores while staying in a relaxed, family home. A great escape for singles, friends, and partners.
